Get an in depth look at cheese making at Lively Run Dairy. Our cheese maker Valerie DeLong will show you our production area and explain how the process varies with each type of cheese.
Highlight of this experience is the view of the aging cave! A guided tasting of all the cheeses completes this exclusive experience.
