To place an order over the phone, please call (607)-532-4647 Monday through Friday, 10AM-5PM or email us at onlinestore@livelyrun.com.
Order by Tuesday and receive your package by Friday of the same week! We ship cheese on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Return Policy and Covid 19
Due to the fact that no carrier ( USPS,FedEx,UPS) extends any guarantee for timely delivery anymore, (unless packages are shipped overnight at very high cost), Lively Run Dairy is not able to extend a guarantee that our cheeses arrive within the estimated time of arrival posted by the carrier.
We will not be responsible for products that are damaged or spoiled because of an incorrect delivery address or unopened shipments, including recipients who are out of town or unable to receive shipments. We recommend that you make sure that someone will be available to receive the shipment, including recipients who are receiving the cheese as a gift.
Cheese Quality
It is okay if your cheese is not at refrigerator temperature upon arrival. Cheese is a preserved food, so it is originally meant to be stored at room temperature. Upon arrival, the ice pack will have thawed and the cheese will be at ambient temperature. Unless the vacuum package has been punctured or the package has blown up with air, the cheese will be good. Refrigerate right away and take stock a few hours later. If at that time you still have concerns, take a picture and let us know by emailing onlinestore@livelyrun.com.

How our Cheeses are Shipped
Our cheeses are shipped via UPS for 2-day shipping. The cheese/perishables are packed in a box with insulation, with a minimum of one ice pack to keep it cool during its journey to you.
Shipping Time
For quality reasons, we only ship via UPS Tuesday and Wednesday of every week with 1-2 days of transit time, depending on the season.
All orders placed by Tuesday should arrive by Friday of the same week.

During the holiday season or other peak times, we may need additional days to process your order and regular shipping timelines may be adjusted to avoid UPS shipping holidays.

Signature Upon Delivery
UPS will leave most packages at your door if it safe to do so. Requiring signatures leads to delivery delays, which could lead to your cheese spoiling if left out of refrigeration too long.
Multiple Address Delivery on a Single Order

Volume Discounts
Volume discount for orders totaling over $300 (20%), $500 (30%) and $750 (40%). These discounts are only valid for orders shipping to a single address. Please call (607)-532-4647 or email us at onlinestore@livelyrun.com with your order so that we can apply the discount.
