Cheese and Thank You at Hopshire

Come and join us at Hopshire Farm and Brewery in Freeville. You will get to sample a wonderful selection of cheeses made by three dairies here in the in the Finger Lakes!

One of the cheeses we will bring is our "Shire" cheese. It is made by adding Hopshire's Scottish Ale into the curd before pressing. It is delicious and we have lots of free samples and lots for sale!

Enjoy these Finger Lakes cheeses with a pint or flight of Hopshires brews. It is the perfect combination!
